Gomukh to Holy Kailash

These are the collection of videos of Kailash Mansarovar yatra. The writer always had a deep desire to visit the place and by the grace of God could do so.

For those who wish to do the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra there are two ways of doing so, one is organized by government of India and others by different tour and travels organizers. In both the cases former training is much required. At least daily walking practice of 10 kms ( kilometers), would be much helpful.

Never try to walk faster when on high altitude while doing the parikrama of Holy and sacred mount Kailash and Sacred lake Mansarovar. The thin air with very less oxygen would prove quiet rash if one tries to move faster. Slow and steady walk is the best way to do, after the above said at least two months of walking practice before one goes there. Carrying little bags with dry fruits and sweets can help getting some energy while on the move.

Those going through government channel gets acclimatized with the high altitudes climate as they walk the way through the high and long ranges of the great Himalayan mountain ranges. Those going through the private tour and travel agencies, mostly going through Nepal, can face the sudden change of environment as they reach the top trough long boring journey in the car, or light utility vehicles.

Om Namah Shivaya !
Har Har Mahadev !
Jai Bhole Shankar !
